Cognac Ferrand is based in Charente, with offices and production premises at Château de Bonbonnet in Ars. A great deal of investment has been required to develop the business, and Patrick Giudicelli, who has managed the production since it started, runs one of the most modern and efficient plants in the Cognac area.

Cognac Ferrand has administrative and sales offices in the Paris area, but it has also established two subsidiaries abroad, to work more closely with customers. Ferrand Deutschland GmbH opened in Germany in 2000 and Cognac Ferrand USA Inc in the United States in 2004.
